Shipping policy
Once your order leaves our facility, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the shipment. Harmony Vials is not liable for any vials that are lost, stolen, or damaged after shipping.
International Orders & Customs
International shipments may be subject to inspection, delays, holds, rejections, or denials by customs authorities (including U.S. Customs and Border Protection and all equivalent agencies worldwide).

Any duties, taxes, or fees charged by customs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Harmony Vials cannot influence customs decisions or speed up clearance times.
Refunds & Replacements
Orders that are delayed, refused, or returned by customs, or undeliverable for reasons outside our control, are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or reshipments.
